Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using any service offered by trymatch Store, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service together with all federal, state, and local statutes and regulations that apply to your use of them. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not access or use trymatch Store's services. Anyone who uses our services on behalf of a company or other organization confirms that they hold the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Use of the Website

You may use trymatch Store's services solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, unless trymatch Store has granted you written authorization stating otherwise. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Acting in violation of any law or regulation, including consumer protection and product safety requirements
• Sending unsolicited advertising, promotional content, or spam through our platform
• Seeking unauthorized entry to our systems, customer accounts, or inventory databases
• Posing as any individual or organization, including trymatch Store personnel or other customers
• Deploying automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to harvest pricing, inventory, or user information from our platform
• Submitting fraudulent, excessive, or malicious orders, including orders placed without any intention of receiving the goods
• Reselling trymatch Store products for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent

Product Information and Pricing

trymatch Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability information accurate and current. If a mistake appears in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct it and cancel any orders placed on the basis of that incorrect information, at no cost to you. For goods that naturally vary (such as handmade items or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference only; trymatch Store cannot guarantee that products remain free of cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, chosen pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by trymatch Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on trymatch Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "trymatch Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to trymatch Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any trymatch Store content without our explicit written consent. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by trymatch Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must inform trymatch Store promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are also responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment details when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you provide are truthful and complete. If you place an order on behalf of a third party, you alone are responsible for confirming that the third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for the purchased products, including age restrictions for restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trymatch Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to damages for incidental loss or delivery delays. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a single transaction shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products or services in question. trymatch Store is not liable for failures or delays in service resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, severe weather, public health emergencies, or third-party carrier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of trymatch Store's services shall first be submitted to trymatch Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

trymatch Store reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using trymatch Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
